You're better off hiring someone who knows how to do this because Blu-ray authoring for commercial release is a gigantic pain in the butt with a lot of pitfalls. There may have been some workarounds to do this in later versions, but it's clunky as hell and looks bad. I'm trying to transcode a Prores HQ clip into H.264 Blu-Ray for use in Encore CS6 (I know, I know, but I'm on a Mac and that's all there is) but PPro and Media Encoder each force the file into m4v extension.
